CONFERENCE JUNE 6TH 2005
The very first INNOVATING WITH DIVERSITY conference took place in the cool settings of BaseCamp in Copenhagen
The conference took it's departure point in the interesting research being conducted at Copenhagen Business School by INNOVERSITY NETWORK founder Susanne Justesen.
In her research, Susannne Justesen explored a radical new way in which to use and manage diversity to enhance innovation performance. The conference thus brought together innovators and innovation specialists from across the world to share and learn from each other about diversity in an innovation context.
Participants at the conference were exposed to the latest insights (research and practice), and provided with specific inputs as to how to make better use of diversity within their own organisation.
The conference thus sought to promote and alter the overall understanding of and skills for innovating through diversity.
The conference therefore featured speakers from IDEO, Unilever, HP, Stanford University, Imaginatik, Bang & Olufsen and was a huge success.
