KEYNOTE: RESEARCHING HOW TO INNOVATE WITH DIVERSITY
Susanne Justesen talked about her recently finalised phD project with the title: "Navigating the paradoxes of diversity and homogeneity in innovation processes in practice".
Susanne Justesen has been working with innovation and diversity since 2000, where she founded Innoversity Network, due to her profound interest in the role of diversity in innovation.
In 2004 Susanne Justesen started working on her PhD with Copenhagen Business School, where her PhD project was a study of the role of diversity in innovation in multinational corporations such as ARLA Foods, Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR), Jyske Bank, LEGO Company, LEO Pharma and Novozymes.
Susanne Justesen is head of the conference Organising Committee, and was presenting some of her very early findings from her research at the conference, under the heading: "homogeneity and diversity mechanisms in the innovation process".
