Tim Harrison described how they at Kraft Food have very good results from working closely with their customers in the supply chain.
Tim Harrison leads all customer facing elements of the Kraft Food Supply Chain in UK and Ireland, i.e. Customer Services and Supply Chain solution strategies. At INNOVATING WITH DIVERSITY, Tim will talk about how Kraft Food has successfully been working with customers to develop innovative supply chain partnerships.
Tim's career in Kraft Foods spans nearly 25 years. He started as a Sales Representative, progressing through a variety of roles including, Merchandising, Customer Planning, Category Development and a number of Senior Customer Manager positions in both the multiple and convenience sectors.
Tim's last sales role was managing the Tesco business; this included significant Tesco Brand volume in the soluble coffee category. He moved to Supply Chain in 2001, firstly managing the UK physical distribution operation including inbound logistics before moving into his current Customer Services role.
