describes how - since he became the CEO in 2008 - P&G have doubled, due to building a strong culture of diversity and innovation.

isolation. A great article in which he highlights the dangers of isolation and stresses the need for more diversity in and around innovation processes.

combined use of long- and short-term incentives are associated with incremental innovation, whereas the development of risk-taking attitudes within the team is associated with radical innovation
